The Best Food Processor

Every kitchen has a place for one of the best food processors.  They have so many uses, and are so easy to have around the kitchen, it’s almost a sin not to have one!  They are usually very simple to operate, and are very effective in all of their tasks. You can use them to make delicious shakes and smoothies, and even make preparing your meals easier. You can puree, chop, liquefy and many more!
However, not all food processors are equal, not all are made with the same customer-friendly research or the same attention to detail and Quality Control. So, the quality of the machine will depend highly on the brand you’re using. If you’re looking for a food processor that can really deliver on the tasks you need, this article will help you learn more about the machine basics.

When it comes to cooking, much of the time spent is in preparation.  This means cutting up all the ingredients, getting them ready, and chopping the things that need to be chopped.  If you need something fine, this can take some time. However, with one of the best food processors, you’ll be able to do all of those things and more.  My own machine is a KitchenAid food processor, and along with several of the other models available today it can help you do all of your preparation in much less time.  There are so many things this machine can do, it’s amazing. For your spices, you’ll be able to grind them in the food processor easily. You can also slice and chop meat and vegetables without spending too much time.  If you want, you can grind dry food into powder, make homemade breadcrumbs, or puree and liquefy fruits and vegetables for homemade baby food and cereals. If you have the appropriate attachment, you can even juice fruits and vegetables. It’s a marvel!

Choosing your best food processor.

The most important part of choosing the right blender is making sure that you get your money’s worth. Make sure that you’re paying for something that is high quality, won’t break easily, and can perform a lot of different tasks.  If you plan to order online, also consider if you’ll be shouldering the shipping costs, and how much this charge will be. It’s best to choose between the most popular and trusted brands in food processors. KitchenAid, Hamilton Beach, Braun, Bosch, Cuisinart, Haier, Oster, Viking, Black and Decker, and Krups are have all topped the list of the best brands for food processors at one time or another but my own favorite is definitely KitchenAid, it’s my best food processor of all.

A few of the most popular models come from Cuisinart, Hamilton Beach and KitchenAid, which were the best of the best; Four Cuisinart models (DLC-10S, 11-Cup Pro Custom, BFP-703CH, Pro Custom 11). Hamilton Beach?s 70610 and KitchenAid?s Onyx Black Ultra also made it on the favorites list.

Mini food processors are another thing completely. You want something that can do it all and yet be small and compact. For this, you should choose one with a very powerful motor. Hamilton, Cuisinart, Back to Basics, KitchenAid, and Black and Decker are all great brands for mini food processors. These were the brands chosen by many of you. They have been tried, tested, and proven to give high quality mini food processors, with no compromises whatsoever. Even so, they don’t usually compare with a larger machine given a “Best Food Processor” rating.

Good machine! July 6, 2010
This is my first food processor and it runs quietly and works well. The buttons are easy to wipe clean and it holds a lot, or has a tiny bowl that you can use for tiny amounts. I’ve so far used it to make doughs and sauces, though not yet to chop veggies or anything like that.  I bought it after using America’s Test Kitchen Cookbook which references using a food processor in so many of their recipes. This KitchenAid KFP750 was their No 1 Choice of machine and very I’m happy with it. (Mrs J)

I love my kitchenaid food processor. It is very powerful and the two bowls are very convenient. I keep it out on my counter so I can use it every time I cook. The storage case for the blades is very convenient (instead of sharp blades floating around in my untensil drawer). The small bowl is perfect for small amounts of vegetables and washing up is simple and quick.
From the moment I took this Kitchenaid KFP750 Processor out of its box I was a little in awe at how well made everything felt.

This Mixer accepts all the attachments from my previous KitchenAid mixers and I used it successfully for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas baking. Best Mixer Ever!

I love this Kitchenaid product, there isn’t much a person can say except EXCELLENT!  If you have ever used a Kitchenaid mixer – you know… if you haven’t – you should.
